The Sit. Feel. Heal. approach has cultivated more awareness, compassion, and presence in my life and in the lives of my students. Wherever we are on our journey, we can find more peace and ease, even when we’re walking through one of the shitstorms of our lives. The mindfulness practices I teach are foundational tools that help us recognize, hold, and gently heal underlying wounds, reactions, and patterns.
You don’t have to be spiritual to experience well-being.
You don’t have to believe anything.
Curiosity is enough.
Through mindfulness and insight, we learn how to be present with our lives as they are and how to relate differently to experience. From this place, well-being grows naturally when we stop fighting ourselves.
For over a decade, I’ve offered mindfulness and emotional understanding through groups, classes, and seminars to people from many different walks of life. From those navigating deep challenges to those simply seeking more clarity and ease, this work continues to show me how accessible and impactful these practices can be.
Mindfulness may begin on a meditation cushion, but my focus is on how these skills are lived. How they support us in everyday moments. How they help us become more resilient, more compassionate, and more honest human beings.
